great stay with kids club highlight

kids club talented staff baby's happiness

during my recent visit, i was very impressed with the kids club staff, especially winnie, micky, and rita. they showed immense talent with young children and helped my baby feel at home. i was initially nervous leaving my baby, but the staff gave so much love, attention, and care. seeing my baby's happiness with them was special.

a minor inconvenience was the ground floor doors.

vast selection excellent food great drink

I loved the breakfast. the food selection was vast and fresh. the white orchid restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing!!! the rooms are spacious. They are so comfortable after a long day at the beach. staff at the pool bar made great drinks, the customer service was excellent even when they were busy. i really appreciated their quick, friendly service with a smile.

i felt that the hotel guests should be limited to where they booked to stay. it was quite confusing with everyone using pools from each of the hotels.

I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. Rizwan, Nipuni, and Vikas offered great help. The room had good amenities. The beach and pool were very nice too. I will come back soon.
